 | No the BIG Smile! Hey Andy!
I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to do several paintings for me at the San Diego convention last month! I had a great time, everyone loved the art (I picked up a Phoenix for myself, Nightcrawler and Catwoman for my brother and Wolverine for a friend). I was digging through some of our vacation photos and ran across one of you and thought I´d send it along in case you want to use it for your website. You can see my Phoenix on the ground beside you! Thanks again for always being super cool! I hope to see you at Wizard World Texas later this year.
Later,
Brandon Bollom

 | Hannah Rochester Writes Hi! You might not remember me, but I was at the Heroes
Aren´t Hard to Find Convention last...when was it?
June? Anyway, of this year in Charlotte, North
Carolina. My friend bought an alien print of yours and
I had you do a painting of me, both of which I framed.
I was cruising around on your website and saw that you
wanted pictures of your framed stuff, so here ya go!
My digi is complete shit, so the pictures are kind of
unclear, but you get the idea.
Thanks again, I´m still an adoring fan and hope to see
ya next year at Heroes Con! Oh, and I also saw that
you are recovering from surgery---hope you heal fast
and have plenty of friends to wait on you hand and
foot till you do.
Thanks!
Hannah Rochester

 | Character Thy name is Simply JD! Part 1 Hey everyone! I´m JD, the owner of
www.simplyjd.com and we´ve been truly in awe of Andy Lee since I saw him last year at the 2002 Wizard World East convention. This first pic (AndyLee01) is of Andy holing up an awesome Superman piece that he did for a friend of mine.
|
 | Character Thy name is Simply JD! Part 2 The next picture (AndyLee02) is of Andy holding up a Spider Jerusalem that he did for my beloved girlfriend, Mary E. who is now totally in love with Andy and his work....I´ll get you Andy! lol
|
 | Character Thy name is Simply JD! Part 3 The third pic (Mary01) is of Andy slowly weaving his hypnotic web around my Mary as I helplessly took the picture. If anyone has seen this man work in person...he is utterly hypnotic and I´m not the only person I´ve heard to utter the sentence "I could watch him paint all day".
Well that is it for us...be sure to let Mr. Lee know that we´re always talking about him on our website (currently in Baltimore convention coverage and also about his CD in our newest "What you Should Be..." column). We´ve also got a link up on our "Comic Creator Links". He is a class act.
Thanks for readin!
JD & Mary E.
